In recent years, Petra and Andreas Weissenböck have remodelled and expanded the former home into a popular and well-frequented inn. With its rustic parlour, bright conservatory and two guest gardens, the inn is sure to appeal to guests' tastes. When it comes to food and drink, the region clearly comes into its own. The organic honey comes from the neighbour. The spelt bread comes directly from Grimsing. Wachau wines and beer from the Waldviertel are also served.

The patroness of the establishment, Petra Weissenböck, and her daughter regularly hit top form in the kitchen.
